We are a well established HVAC wholesale distributor looking for an Accounting Specialist. Our company is third generation family owned and has been in business for 60 years. This position is full time, on-site in Rochester.

As Accounting Specialist we are looking for someone with a four year accounting degree, must be able to meet established deadlines. Someone who is able to multitask, is organized, accurate and efficient, pays attention to detail and works well with others.

Position responsibilities:
- Income Statements
- Account Reconciliation
- Journal Entries
- Accounts Payable expense invoice entry and issuing checks
- Back up to Inventory Accounts Payable
- Review inventory accounts payable invoices
- Filling out vendor credit applications
- Daily balancing cash to bank and general ledger
- Weekly cash flow
- Recording weekly payroll in accounts payable
- Payroll entry back-up
- Sales tax monthly reporting and payment
- Ratios
- Budget
- Year end audit
- And other various duties
